Thank you for taking a few moments to complete this post-event survey for our Maritime Industry Day.

This year we faced a bit of adversity a week ahead of the event as the USCG had to follow an administrative directive that did not allow them to participate or attend our event. Our lodge pivoted, communicating this change to our guests and sponsors, while we drafted an adjusted agenda. We hope that you found the event useful and still found the opportunity to learn and network with others in our maritime industry.

After a few quick questions that are normally a part of our survey, you will see some other questions that address what this event might look like moving forward if we still have limited or no participation from USCG. We do hope that they will return to participating in this event, but do realize that we need to be proactive in adjusting what this event is so that it can continue to be a noteworthy event for those in the Chicago area maritime workforce every year.
